Adding content New Pages is peace of cake :)

If you want to add new content to your existing static html website, then you have to create new html document and copy paste your existing template, add new content text and add new urls for the images which goes into the new html page. Also you have to upload the images to your server using some FTP software. Then you will have to update your menu with the new page url. Some times this makes updating your website complicated task and not fun at all.

Now below are some simple steps which you will have follow when you create new page to joomla website:

1. You will login to the backend of joomla website

2. Click on "Article Manager"

3. Click on "Add new Article". In Joomla language article is nothing but new page.

4. Type in your content, add images, add links, etc to your new page

5. Save it

6. Go to "menu manger" and create new menu pointing to this new page.

And its done!!

With each joomla article you have various settings. You have full control on these settings, whether you want to show it or hide it.
For example: Author Name, Date of Publishing, Date of Update, Category, Print Icon, Email Icon etc...
